My old battery has lasted 5 + years hopefully this one will do the same, arrived partly charged, charged fully working well

I bought this nokia phone battery from digifun. It looked shiny and new but is useless and doesn't hold its charge. I emailed them and they said they would replace it. I sent it back. They sent me back the very same battery which is still useless and does not hold charge. I emailed them again. They have not replied...I would suggest - don't bother and just buy a proper expensive one directly from Nokia.
