Mouse heaven August 21, 2010 oxfordlin After purchasing this mouse from Currys a while ago a relative saw it and just loved it as I do. I therefore purchased a second mouse on-line for his birthday. This was delivered promptly and apart from the lack of a software cd all was well. This is a great product that has surpassed my expectations of any mouse I have ever used. As you can probably tell I quite like this little device.
I love this mouse August 16, 2010 Enthusiast I bought this mouse 15 months ago. I use it most days and I must say I still love it. I bought it to use with my (now over 3 years old) Macbook Pro, as the Apple "Magic Mouse" always gave trouble as was not worth half the money I paid for it.
The tiny receiver just plugged into the usb port and worked straight away. As others have said, the word nano refers to the receiver, not to the very nicely sized mouse itself. I leave the receiver plugged in, even when carrying my laptop in my back-pack.
I love the free-spinning scroll wheel, great for scrolling down long pages. Bearing in mind what another reviewer warned about, I have kept my mouse away from excessive dust and grit, and it still spins just as freely. There is an option to change simply to conventional click scrolling, and I often find that when I have the mouse (in it's very nice supplied carrying case) in my bag that function changes due to external pressures. This is not a fault of the device, and can be instantly changed.
The only minor issues, (and I mention them to show how to easily resolve them, not to deter anyone from buying) are: I have sometimes found that using the tilt function to scroll sideways to the right on spreadsheets causes such a huge movement that I can't scroll back to the left; also very occasionally the free-spinning scrolling runs very slowly. In both cases I simply switch the mouse off and on and it's all fine again.
I would buy one of these again. Best mouse I have used.
Good for laptops July 4, 2010 R. Knight (England UK) Nice little mouse, probably best suited a laptop, not a PC, as it's very small! Took a lot of getting used to, so if you have large hands I'd stay clear!
Batteries June 3, 2010 Ryan Roberts (Scotland) This mouse absolutely eats through batteries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had a fresh set in the mouse for about a month and it's down to 25% already.
just great!! May 11, 2010 Rockefeller (Ireland) Best mouse i ever had. Perfect size, consume very little power, precise, small reciever, heavy duty but doesn't look like (felt down from 1 st floor of my house - still works), ergonomic. Worth buying, for me perfect.
