Bought the basic HP 300 black ink cartridge and regretted it. It ran out of ink 3 weeks later and I have now ordered the high capacity HP cartridge. Dissapointed with this product.

I can only compare this cartridge with the ones (black and colour) which came with the printer at time of purchase, having kept the empty boxes so that I would know what to re-order. The original cartridges lasted a long time under normal domestic usage - the new one has lasted less than three weeks. The new colour cartridge purchased on the same date as the new black ink one is still producing even although I am now having to print everything in colour. Don't know what's going on here but can only assume there was little ink in the black ink cartridge at the time of purchase.

Have not yet used the cartridge because it took a month to deliver so that I had to source another one locally.
Poor service.

This item has still not arrived after requesting for delivery twice, the company said they were out of stock and would either give a refund or I could wait until the next stock arrived the following week, that was last week and I am still waiting - Hopefully it will arrive this week or I will be forced to take the refund and order elsewhere.
