| Customer Reviews: Works well, as expected. June 4, 2010 R. Cook (Bristol, UK) I have had some bad experiences using cheap third party battery replacements for electronic equipment and cameras. For instance, camera shutting down so rapidly as the battery became exhausted that the lens would not retract automatically. For this reason I went for the manufacture's own battery, even if you are held to ransom and you do have to pay well over the odds - hence 4 stars.
Panasonic original FT1 battery review March 4, 2010 Mr. R. M. Knight (Sussex UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Firstly the battery arrived in good time and was well packaged . It is exactly the same as the one in the camera i.e. is original Panasonic and not a pattern part. Very impressed . Very good price good service all round .

Exactly what I needed and Panasonic were out of stock of the same battery AND wanted to charge more for it. Thank you.
Expensive! July 17, 2009 JP Williams (Wales) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Does what it should but is over double the cost of non genuine ones. Ever felt ripped off after you bought the camera? You will with this battery as its 40% of the cost of the camera
