Very good but no remote control August 17, 2010 Will Very good photo frame. Exceptionally clear screen and very well made. Only downside is the lack of remote control. Buttons on the back are a bit fiddly for my parents who are in their late 70s. Apart from that, very pleased with my purchase
What resolution? August 2, 2010 Mr. A. S. Kemp What exactly does "high resolution" equate to, what is the resolution of the panel? If it's anything less than 800x600 then it's poor.
Good quality item June 17, 2010 Withnail67 (UK) I can't say we've stretched the potential of this item to the limit, but in two months of use we've experienced not problems whatsoever. The design is clean, tidy and doesn't detract fussily from your pictures. We used a 2 GB keydrive to load a range of pictures from different cameras with no angst. It has purred away quite merrily although I find the clock function fiddly. Nice reliable item.
Good Product May 26, 2010 A. De Leon (London, England) A very popular item for us as we buy this as leaving presents for our staff and download office and colleague's pictures prior to presentation. It always goes down well with employees plus all the added features with the frame.
Cool Design & Easy to use May 21, 2010 Andy (England) This was a gift for my wife who wanted a way to see our favourite pictures without sitting in front of a pc!
I spent a while checking out the various makes and models but settled on the Philips as I've always felt they take design and usability very seriously.
We're not disappointed. The controls are easy to use and the frame is modern but subtle. Easy touch sentive controls on the frame and a menu driven interface make this easy for all.
My kids are already taking a keen interest and my wife wants to get other music and video clips on it too.
All in all great value and not yet another gadget. This is a well made and designed product from Philips. An eight inch 4:3 aspect is best for most cameras unless you want the widesceen format for everything.
